Our Mission
Clare's Humanitarian Aid Commission (CSHAC) was founded on a simple but profound belief: all human beings have the right to receive assistance during their darkest hours. We operate outside of political, religious, or economic agendas, focusing solely on the delivery of life-saving supplies to vulnerable populations in West Africa.
Principles of Action
Impartiality
We deliver aid based purely on need. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, or political affiliation. Our only priority is assisting those in crisis.
Independence
To ensure we can access populations in need regardless of the political context, CSHAC maintains strict operational independence from governments and political groups. We rely heavily on private donors to ensure our autonomy.
Transparency
We are fully accountable to our donors and to the populations we serve. We rigorously track the procurement, delivery, and impact of all supplies—from agricultural equipment to emergency food reserves.
Board of Directors
Our strategic direction, financial integrity, and operational adherence to international humanitarian standards are guided by our distinguished Board of Directors.
Tagba Kokou Koffigoh leads CSHAC's strategic governance and diplomatic outreach. Bringing deep leadership expertise and commitment to regional development, he oversees policy integrity and ensures all humanitarian initiatives remain strictly independent and neutral.
Mohamad J. Manash directs the board administrative operations, compliance frameworks, and organizational correspondence. His meticulous oversight guarantees rigorous regulatory compliance and institutional transparency across all operations.
